why does my card have a pending amount?

Payment for recurring bookings will be pre-authorised up to 72 hours prior to the commencement of your scheduled service.  Our bank will process and finalise the charges for your service at midnight on the day your service is completed.

What is a pre-authorisation??

Pre-authorisation is a temporary transaction where the funds from your account are placed on hold. The hold time is determined by your financial institution and may vary from card to card, please contact your financial institution for specific details relating to your account.
