What is included in a deep clean?

Deep cleaning is a thorough clean designed to remove deep, ingrained dirt from a customers home.

Here’s what’s included in our deep cleaning service:

• Clean reachable surfaces in all rooms
• Clean exterior of cupboards and appliances
• Clean kitchen & bathrooms, including descaling
• Vacuum & mop floors
• Clean underneath light/movable furniture
• Clean and disinfect the trash can
• Clean inside windows
• Clean the oven and microwave (both inside and outside)
• Wipe down door frames and switch plates

You need to bring all tools that will be needed to complete the clean to a high standard, this includes all the products needed for the clean, hoover, mop and bucket.

The customer can also book any of the below additional extra services:

• Clean inside fridge/freezer (will be empty and defrosted)
• Clean carpet & upholstery
• Clean external areas (balcony, terrace, etc)

The cleaning team is not expected to complete the following tasks:

• De-cluttering
• Tidy-up & wash dishes
• Cleaning of inside cupboards
• Moving heavy furniture to clean underneath
• Wiping of walls and spot cleaning
• Mould removal/heavy limescale removal

When a job is booked in the support team will send you an email with all the details of the booking.
