What is not covered by your cleaning services?

Please remember the following guidelines for our residential cleaning service:

Cleaners do not bring cleaning equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner, bucket, and mop. Customers are required to have cleaning equipment in the property. Housekeepers can bring all the cleaning products and supplies (sprays and cloths). If you want the cleaner to bring products and supplies, you need to request this during the booking process.

We will not clean bodily fluids, pet droppings, black mold, pest infestations, hoarding scenarios, and other matters that wouldn’t typically be part of a regular house cleaning. Additionally, please note that all service is limited to the interior of your home.

For safety reasons, your housekeeper should not be expected to:

– Lift heavy items
– Clean surfaces outside of normal reach
– Clean exterior windows
– Clean heavily soiled areas, including animal litter
– Defrost freezers
– Unblock drains or pipes
– Remove mold, biohazard, animal litter or pet mess
– Undertake pest control or extermination
