What is the cancellation policy for cleaning services?

Once your appointment has been confirmed you can cancel via the platform without penalty within 10 minutes. If you need to cancel after that time the following conditions apply. You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time with no charge. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, 50% of your booking fee will be charged. If your appointment is canceled within 2 hours of your scheduled booking time, 100% of the cost is charged to avoid lost income for your cleaner.
