Yes, for our cleaner to complete your End of Lease Clean your former home needs to be 100% clear of all furniture, personal items, rubbish and any other items.
If the property is not empty, the cleaners may not be able to complete our full checklist and our Bond Back Guarantee won't apply.
If there is any delay that would cause the cleaning not to start on time, the delayed time needs to be added to the service time. If not, our Bond Back Guarantee won't apply.
