Upon receiving your booking request, you will promptly receive a confirmation email and an SMS message. Please keep in mind that this confirmation only signifies the successful registration of your booking request, not an appointment confirmation.
Rest assured that we will immediately contact professionals in your area to confirm their availability for your session. Once a professional confirms their availability, we will promptly send you an email and a text message to confirm the appointment. At this point, your booking will be shown as “confirmed” in your application and customer area.
In the event that a professional is unavailable, they may offer alternative time slots which you are free to accept or refuse.
Additionally, if we are unable to accommodate your booking, we will inform you promptly and there will be no charge to your credit card. Importantly, we conduct a bank pre-authorization and not a direct debit at the time of booking, and no payment is made before the session at Helpa.
