What happens if you've booked a repeated cleaning service and one of the appointments falls on a bank holiday?

If your cleaning professional is not available on the scheduled day, they will cancel the appointment in advance and you will be notified. You can also cancel the appointment if needed. We recommend discussing any changes with your cleaning professional a few days beforehand. Additionally, you can reschedule an appointment through your client area.
